| PRICING PLAN 2021
Due to the high cost of taxation on lodging for Emerald Coast Sports Camps, we
have modified our pricing to eliminate excessive expenses. Schools attending our
camp are allowed to apply for FLORIDA TAX EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE, which
enables them to pay room fees without taxation. This certificate can be
downloaded at www.myflorida.com or call 1-850-488-6800 for assistance. As a
friendly reminder, you are responsible for sending in your CERTIFICATE and
dealing directly with the State of Florida. Most teams get their bookkeeper at school to
send their info out.
To offset the cost to teams paying for their own rooms, the individual player fee
has been reduced from $289 to $149. The difference offsets the room costs and
allows us to keep hosting this event for the 25th consecutive year. I hope this new
payment arrangement will be beneficial for all.
- TEAM FEE PAID BY 5/14/21 ~ Varsity Team Fee is $495.00 for nine games. (Additional
games are $30.00). A $250.00 non-refundable team fee deposit is due by Friday, April 16th,
2021. The team balance of $245.00 is due by Friday, May 14, 2021.
($30.00 per additional game).
- Junior Varsity Team Fee is $395.00 which pays for seven contests. One $250.00 deposit will
reserve a spot for both varsity and junior varsity teams. The J.V. Team Fee will be
prorated upward for any coach who wishes to play more than seven (7) games.
- PAID ON 6/13/21 ~ Individual Camper Fee is $149.00. This fee includes t-shirt, water bottle,
cookouts, meal plan, gym rentals, referees, gym administrators and insurance. All
managers, assistant coaches, and non-playing team members will receive these camp
benefits at the same registration price.
- CAMPERS MUST HAVE THEIR OWN MEDICAL INSURANCE AND BRING MEDICAL INSURANCE
CARD IN CASE OF INJURY. Coaches are responsible for transport and care of any injured
